Thinking about expanding your living space with an outdoor kitchen but want to “do-it-yourself?”

Let us help you design and build the ODK of your dreams.   Use our design consulting services and save $$ by investing sweat equity!  Using our framework, we will show you how to finish your outdoor kitchen using non-combustible materials that meet ANSI Federal Fire Code standards and won’t jeopardize your home owners’ insurance if there is a fire.

We represent multiple North American grill manufacturers with price points to meet any budget.  Choose from grills (ranging from 26-54”), refrigerators, doors, drawers, kegerators, wine coolers, ice machines and many others.  Ask to see our “How Not to Build an Outdoor Kitchen” book.  We have examples of why your grill and other components should, at a minimum, be 304, 18 gauge stainless steel and manufactured in the United States as opposed to products purchased at a major retailer and built on assembly lines in China or Taiwan.  Also, do your research – “household” brand name grills, i.e., Jenn-Air, are nothing more than a licensed name plate on a Chinese built product.  In our Central Florida climate, products claiming to be 304 stainless steel can begin to show signs of rust and deterioration within six months.

A number of the professional product lines that we represent are available through the Internet.  However, talk to us about where your service support comes from and how your warranty may be impacted if not purchased through an authorized retailer or installed by a licensed contractor.

Concerned about the impact of an outdoor kitchen on the value of your home?  Built correctly, the real estate market estimates that you have added 10% value more than you paid; but built contrary to Federal fire code, you are looking at negative value.

Materials, venting and longevity are all factors to consider when building your outdoor kitchen.   Don’t miss another summer grilling season -- contact us to help you design your summer get-a-way!
